Title: Problem With Feedback.

So someones decided to leave me 1/5 on my profile, without even bothering to contact me and resolve any issues. Is there any way to see the details of this transaction? I'm pretty sure some prick's decided to just update his rating on me but I don't like the fact that this was done without even bothering to contact me. I know I sent the item out because I send the message with the download links BEFORE I confirm the orders.

So frustrating when you're trying to keep 100% and someone pulls an immature stunt like this.

Yeah its rough.

I'm hesitant to create a vendor profile for this very reason. Also I think my pockets will get fatter selling locally :D

I have been quite fortunate in my time vending here, I have had a few people leave less than 5/5 without contacting me. I've never really had anyway claim a product has not arrived or an envelope was empty though!

I know it's frustrating, and really sucks when people don't make an attempt to effectively communicate before dinging you on feedback, but take heart:  Most steady players are not looking for a 100 after your name.  We read the feedback,  We check the forums.  We observe how you react to crap being flung your way.  Shitty and scamming buyers are easy to spot when they are floating in a sea of shining reviews. :)

Its probably a competing vendor trying to tarnish your name.

Go to "account" and then on the right hand side of the page you will see a link that says "View feedback" (or this link: http://silkroadvb5piz3r.onion/account/view_feedback) This will show you who left what rating and feedback and for what product.

I sent him the download links three days ago. I understand people do review vendors and feedback isn't all that but it's just really frustrating when I spend time into providing customer service and something like this causes me to lose ratings. I know I'm not the biggest vendor but I do have plans to expand and something like this dropped me from 80% to 88% in sellers ranking.

Is there anything I can do? I personally find it extremely rude that no contact was made to fix this problem and that there's just outrageous lying going on.

Contact Vendor Support. They will be able to see the message logs and they will see that you did send the links and they will be able to do something about it (I think). But, I would recommend messaging the buyer about the rating and explain that you did send a message to him with the download link. Always be professional when dealing with customers because this will help them realize that you are doing your best and they know that you deserve a good rating. I had this problem once with my free raffle, someone left me a 1 of 5 for something that I offer for free! I sent them a nice message asking what they were unhappy about and what I could do for them to change my rating to a 5 - they changed the rating almost immediately and replied to me apologizing.

or you could you know resend the link and then send a freebie as well and explain you swore you sent it but if for some reason they didnt get it you are sorry and would they mind please changing the feedback. you know the way its done int he real world. customers all ways right ya know

Its all about how much ass you kiss as a vendor. If you get a 1/5 kiss as much as and offer some free goods. If you get a 1/5 and are a complete asshole then you're basically sealing your own fate!
